Mr. Yağız Eyüboğlu started his professional career at Arçelik A.Ş. in 1991 as a Training Officer and worked as Audit Specialist, Assistant Coordinator and Financial Coordinator at Koç Holding for nearly 10 years starting from 1993. Between 2004 and 2009, Mr. Eyüboğlu served as Assistant General Manager in charge of Finance and Accounting at Arçelik A.Ş., General Manager and Board Member at Beko Elektronik A.Ş., Assistant to the President of Foreign Trade and Tourism Group at Koç Holding A.Ş. and Human Resources Director at Koç Holding A.Ş. Having served as Aygaz General Manager between 2009 and October 2015, Yağız Eyüboğlu was appointed Vice Chairman of Koç Holding Energy Group in October 2015 and then Chairman of Koç Holding Energy Group in April 2016.

Mr. Eyüboğlu, who currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Board Member in various Koç Group companies, has also served as the Chairman of the World LPG Association, Chairman of the Board of Directors of TİSK Turkish Confederation of Employer Associations and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Family Planning Foundation of Turkey.

Yağız Eyüboğlu graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Economics in 1991 and completed his MBA program at Koç University in 1996. Mr. Eyüboğlu speaks English and German. He is married and has one child.

İbrahim Yelmenoğlu graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences in 1991 and from the University of Illinois graduate program in 2003. He started his professional career at the Ministry of Finance in 1987. Between 1992 and 2004, he worked at the Board of Account Specialists. In 2004, Mr. Yelmenoğlu was transferred to Koç Holding Audit Group and served as Koç Holding A.Ş. Audit Group Coordinator between 2004 and 2006. After the 51% share transfer of Tüpraş to Koç Holding, he served as Assistant General Manager in charge of Financial Affairs between January 27, 2006 and December 31, 2015. As of January 1, 2016, he was appointed as General Manager.

He started his professional life with Koç Holding MT program in 1996 and started working in Arçelik A.Ş. Investment finance department at the same time. He held Corporate Finance and Financial Markets Strategist positions in Arçelik until 2007. In 2007, he became Treasury and Capital Markets Manager of Arçelik. In 2009, he became Finance Director at Beko plc, Arçelik's UK subsidiary. In 2012, he became the Finance Director of Arçelik. Mr. Korkmaz graduated from Department of Business Administration at DEU in 1996. He has also completed his MBA program in Koç University in 2007 and Diploma in Global Business at Oxford University in 2013. As of 1 January 2016, he was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Tüpraş. He was born in İstanbul in 1974, married with two children and speaks English.

Sarp Yeletayşi graduated from İstanbul Boys' High School in 1997 and from Boğaziçi University Department of Industrial Engineering in 2001. He received his master's degree in Engineering Management in 2004 and PhD in Crisis and Risk Management in 2010 from George Washington University. Mr. Yeletayşi started his career in 2001 at Mercedes-Benz Türk as the Planning Manager. During his graduate studies in the USA, between 2002 and 2004, he was a Research Assistant and worked as Business Continuity Planner at Marriott International. Between 2004 and 2006, he worked as Crisis and Risk Management Expert at George Washington University and between 2006 and 2008 as Senior Analyst and Product Manager at Coop System Inc. As of 2009, Mr. Yeletayşi returned back to Turkey to start working at Tüpraş as a Foreign Trade Specialist. He acted as Chief, Coordinator and Director of Foreign Trade at Tüpraş and as of 2019, he was appointed as the Director of Refinery and Trade Integration at Tupras Trading Ltd. which is the first foreign office of Tüpraş in London.

As of 1 January 2023, Sarp Yeletayşi was appointed as Assistant General Manager responsible for Crude Oil Supply and Foreign Trade.

He was born in Üsküdar in 1981. After studying at Kartal Anadolu İmam Hatip High School, he completed his bachelor's degree at Sakarya University Department of Economics. Topçu completed his master's degree at Istanbul Medeniyet University Department of Public Administration with his thesis "R&D Project Evaluation Phase in Technoparks" and in the same period, he completed his second master's degree at Istanbul Commerce University Department of Industrial Policies and Technology Management.

He worked in regional directorates of Buffalo NY, Washington DC and Minneapolis MN for 3 years at a private American company then he worked as the Manager of Import and Wholesale of the main office in Houston. He returned to Türkiye and worked as an Administrator and Finance Manager at automotive companies and chain stores. Between 2016 and 2018, he served as Counsellor to the Minister of Family and Social Policies. In addition to his experience in Ankara, he gained a wide range of international experience thanks to numerous meetings and visits to the United Nations General Assembly and Myanmar Camps of Refugees.

Topçu, who worked as the General Manager of Teknopark Istanbul Inc. between 2018 and 2023, has been serving as the General Manager of Turkish Armed Forces Foundation.

World Etnospor Confederation Management, Istanbul Commerce University Board of Trustees and DİTAŞ Denizcilik Inc. Topçu, who is still a member of the board, is married and the father of 2 children.
