Since our establishment, we have been acting in compliance with ethical values, transparent, fair business conduct, universal human rights and laws. With the aim of ensuring more effective management of the Company's compliance risks and to better respond to the expectations of local and international stakeholders in the field of compliance, Ditaş Ethical Principles were established in 2021 within the scope of the Koç Group Compliance Program.

Compliance Policies
The Compliance Program is a set of rules, policies and procedures that aim to identify and manage Ditaş's compliance-related issues with a risk-based approach. The Compliance Program brings together the corporate compliance culture supported by senior management and monitored by the Legal and Compliance Consultancy, and the written standards throughout Ditaş with the participation of all employees.
