As a subsidiary of Tüpraş, we provide marine management and tanker services within Koç Group with our large tanker fleet and marine vessels.
With our experienced staff and with the strength of TAFF, Tüpraş and Koç Holding, we successfully carry out our operations in many parts of the world.
As DİTAŞ - Deniz İşletmeciliği ve Tankerciliği A.Ş., we continue our tanker management activities, which we started in 1974, with our owned crude oil tankers, petroleum products / chemical tankers and time chartered tankers.
As Ditaş Shipping, we provide brokerage services to our parent company Tüpraş, Türkiye's largest industrial company, by finding suitable vessels in national and international markets for the transportation of crude oil and petroleum product cargoes.
As of May 2008, we have been providing strait agency services for our own vessels and time chartered vessels and general agency services for FOB crude oil purchases and product sales of TUPRAS refineries.
As Ditaş, we provide terminal vetting services for ships arriving at Tüpraş's Izmit and Izmir refineries.
With the tugboats and other marine vessels we own, the tugboat services required by Tüpraş İzmir Aliağa and İzmit Tütünçiflik Refineries are carried out. These services amount to around 3,600 ship maneuvers per year in both regions combined.
Ditaş pilotage organization provides uninterrupted service on behalf of Tüpraş İzmir Refinery in Aliağa administrative port area. All of the vessels handled are tankers and can reach up to VLCC size.
