Company Run Seminar 2025: Advancing Corporate Excellence Through Safety, Sustainability and Digitalization
Held on May 22 - 23, 2025, Company Run Seminar 2025 brought together Ditaş Tanker's core maritime personnel-including our deck officers, technical teams, and office staff. This two-day event served as a productive platform for sharing knowledge, experience, and vision across all operational levels.
The first day of the seminar focused on key topics such as audit processes, operational risk management, and case studies that foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Discussions also highlighted communication strategies and awareness initiatives aimed at strengthening our company-wide safety culture.
On the second day, the program covered national and international environmental regulations, real incident-based lessons learned, and expert presentations on cybersecurity, insurance processes, and the role of digital transformation in maritime operations.
