On May 18, Women in Maritime Day, we came together with our female seafarers who work on our ships and our “Women Sailor Development Program” scholarship Decrees.
Our General Manager Hakan Karaca also participated in the organization, together with the teams from different departments, we had a pleasant conversation about Ship Operation, Trade, Human Resources, Quality, Technical Safety and Environment.
Our female seafarers also shared their experiences in the sector with future marine candidates.
We will continue to support women's employment in the maritime sector.
