At the Company Run Seminar 2026, Our Captains, Engineers, and Office Teams Came Together on a Common Platform!
On December 4 - 5, during the two-day program, the aim was to strengthen the safety culture, assess operational development areas, and establish a shared vision for the future.

On the first day of the seminar, we conducted a comprehensive review of 2025 accident and near-miss analyses, recurring findings observed in SIRE 2.0 inspections, operational processes, critical usage points of separator systems, and safety considerations in manoeuvring operations.
The second day focused on SAP inventory management, BWTS operation and maintenance practices, third-party audits conducted throughout the year, Fire Inspection applications, personnel operations processes, and the integration of digital solutions into operational workflows. All sessions were supported by real operational scenarios and concrete data, reinforcing awareness and a continuous improvement mindset.
During the event, bringing together our office and vessel teams further strengthened our internal communication and helped solidify our culture of teamwork.
Company Seminar 2026 was not only a knowledge-sharing platform; it was a strategic development program in which safety awareness deepened, steps toward operational excellence became clearer, and our corporate team spirit was reinforced.
