ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
DİTAŞ Marine Operations and Tanker Management Co. Inc. and its subsidiaries, within the scope of environmental management, undertake to:
- Comply with ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and applicable MARPOL requirements,
- Continuously improve the Environmental Management skills of both shore-based and onboard personnel to provide protection against all identified risks and to be prepared for environmental emergencies,
- Prevent environmental damage,
- Ensure environmentally friendly practices in ship operations, a clean working environment, and zero pollution,
- Explain and ensure the implementation of all duties and responsibilities regarding environmental protection to all company and vessel personnel in line with existing procedures,
- Comply with applicable national and international legal regulations and other requirements regarding the environment in the regions where it operates,
- Set objectives for improving environmental performance, plan actions, monitor results, and focus on continuous development,
- Evaluate the environmental impacts of new investments, ensure environmental protection, emergency preparedness, and environmental risk management,
- Carry out initiatives that consider climate-related risks and opportunities, contributing to the fight against climate change and the transition to a low-carbon economy,
- Control the environmental impacts of its services throughout their life cycle,
- Reduce environmental impacts arising from energy, water, and resource consumption by using the best available techniques and ensure efficient use of natural resources,
- Aim to improve energy efficiency performance and increase the use of renewable energy sources,
- Prevent waste generation, reduce waste, promote recovery, and ensure waste management in compliance with national and international regulations,
- Protect natural ecosystems in its operational areas with a focus on continuous improvement and development,
- Encourage employees, suppliers, subcontractors, and other operational stakeholders to implement this Policy and support business partners in reducing their environmental impacts, improving their environmental performance, and enhancing their capacities,
- Engage in communication and cooperation with relevant institutions and organizations in developing environmental regulations, requirements, policies, and standards,
- Closely follow global innovations, developments, scientific research, and technologies related to environmental management,
- Aim to be a leader in the sector in terms of environmental practices, share best practices, and enhance collaboration.
This policy is documented, implemented, maintained, communicated to all individuals working for or on behalf of the organization, and made publicly available.

Safety, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), and Quality Policy Statement
DİTAŞ Marine Operations and Tanker Management Co. Inc. and its subsidiaries commit to the following within the framework of this policy:
- Comply with the International Safety Management (ISM) Code, ISO 9001 Quality Management System, Tanker Management and Self-Assessment (TMSA) Program 3, and ILO requirements,
- Operate in alignment with Koç Group policies and procedures,
- Act in accordance with the United Nations Global Compact and integrate the Sustainable Development Goals into all business processes,
- Ensure safe practices in ship operations and provide a healthy and safe working environment for employees, developing preventive approaches against occupational diseases,
- Manage operational activities within a framework based on continuous improvement,
- Continuously improve the Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, and Quality Management skills of both shore-based and onboard personnel, including preparing for safety-related emergencies and protection against identified risks,
- Enhance personnel's awareness, responsibility, and culture regarding OHS, safety, and quality,
- Make every effort to achieve zero accidents,
- Improve OHS, Safety, and Quality performance by using the best available technologies,

- Conduct risk assessments, implement necessary precautions and measures,
- Continuously improve the Integrated Management System by setting regular objectives, monitoring performance, analyzing incidents, identifying root causes, and updating procedures accordingly,
- Review the Integrated Management System systematically to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness,
- Provide all necessary resources, including maintaining optimal spare part inventory on vessels, to continuously improve the Integrated Management System,
- Act in compliance with applicable national and international legal regulations and other obligations in all regions of operation, new investments, and activities,
- Aim to be a leader in OHS, safety, and quality in its field, share best practices, and promote collaboration,
- Ensure the quality of each operation and service to maximize customer satisfaction,
- Integrate international best practices, principles, and standards in quality, safety, and occupational health into its business processes,
- Encourage employees to contribute positively to quality, safety, and OHS performance,
- Raise awareness among business partners regarding OHS and safety issues and promote knowledge and experience sharing.

Personal Data and Information Security Policy
At DİTAŞ Tankers, all types of information are evaluated within the scope of confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility to ensure protection against internal and external threats, and to guarantee that activities are conducted efficiently, accurately, promptly, and securely. To achieve this, the company has established the Personal Data Management System (PDMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS), committing to meet their requirements, ensure effectiveness, and maintain continuous improvement. Considering legal requirements, standard obligations, contractual commitments, and customer expectations, as well as existing and potential risks, the company has defined its policy to meet information security requirements and shared it with relevant stakeholders. Accordingly, by regularly reviewing and updating its personnel, systems, information assets, and business rules with measurable and applicable objectives, the company ensures business continuity under this framework.
Within the scope of personal data and information security, our main objectives are:
- To ensure that our PDMS complies with ISO 27701:2019 and our ISMS complies with ISO 27001:2022, with proper documentation, certification, and continuous improvement,
- To raise employees' awareness of personal data and information security,
- To identify, assess, and control relevant risks within the framework of the strategic business plan and risk management to ensure the establishment and sustainability of PDMS and ISMS,
- To comply with all applicable laws and contractual obligations regarding personal data and information security,
- To manage risks to information assets systematically,
- To safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of the information assets of our customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders within the scope of the PDMS and ISMS,
- To work diligently to be a benchmark organization in the sector in terms of information security.
